If cloud backup, sync, analytics, or owner remote access features are enabled, selected business data may be securely sent to BoltXpert servers for backup, synchronization, reporting, analytics, and remote access by authorized business owners or managers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data.

We do not share business or customer data with third parties except when required for app functionality, legal compliance, support, hosting, security, or tax/integration services enabled by the user or business owner.

Customer Data Entered by Businesses

If a business enters customer phone numbers, addresses, or other delivery order details into BoltFlow POS, that information is used only for order processing, delivery management, invoices, reports, and business records controlled by that business.
