PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Before you get started.

Which BoltFlow app should I install?

Choose POS Desktop for your Windows counter or POS Mobile for Android sales operations. Owner is for monitoring linked businesses; Waiter is for Android order taking connected to POS Desktop. Each application has its own version number.

Does BoltFlow work without internet?

POS uses local storage. Waiter communicates with POS Desktop on the same Wi-Fi or LAN and can retain pending orders during a temporary disconnection. Orders reach POS after successful synchronization. Owner monitoring requires internet access, enabled cloud services and authorized POS synchronization.

Are Windows and Android features identical?

No. Capabilities depend on the installed application, edition, business configuration, supported hardware and enabled services. Confirm your required workflows with our team before setup.

Is BoltFlow free or open source?

BoltFlow is proprietary, licensed software. Contact BoltXpert for pricing, activation, device limits and support terms. Public downloads do not provide an open-source license or rights to the source code.

How should I update an existing installation?

Back up your business records and synchronize pending work before updating. Read the release notes and confirm device compatibility. If an Android update reports a signing conflict, contact support before uninstalling an app that contains business data.
